We are an Official HYROX Affiliated Gym.

HYROX is the fitness race that's truly created for everyone, so if you wanted to challenge yourself to complete a race, then we are able to provide you with everything you need to do your very best, including:

Beginner, Open and Pro Level 12 Week Training Plans that include;

- Hyrox specific strength program and group strength sessions.

- Hyrox specific running program that can be followed year round.

- A mobility program that makes your movement standards easier.

- Nutrition guidance for training, pre race and race day phases.

- Hyrox group training sessions and Sunday Hyrox team training.

- Previous race analysis or race planning if it's your first race.

- Supplement recommendations to improve your performance

Our programming is all done by our Hyrox certified coaches who regularly compete in Hyrox events at a high level, including top 20 finishes, an age group winner and World Championship qualifier.

So if you're looking to compete in a Hyrox race for the first time or want to take your training and race day performance to the next level, then we have the best programming, facility and coaches to ensure that you are as best prepared as possible to perform your very best.

HYROX STRENGTH PROGRAM 

that ensures you'll have the muscular strength and endurance to complete the Hyrox strength stations with relative ease. Our strength program will have you physically and mentally prepared so you enter your race confident you're ready.

 

HYROX RUNNING PROGRAM

is at the core of all our plans as a Hyrox race is over 50% running. The better you run, the easier your race will be and the faster your time. Our programs meet you at your level and are planned precisely according to your current running ability.

PLAN

ensures that your body has the proper fuel for training and race day so you can perform your best. It's an area that is often overlooked, but makes a huge difference to your performance, not only on race day, but to ensure you the most from your training.
