The program also includes a personalised running program that we provide you, which is used by Elite 15 Hyrox athletes and designed to improve endurance, lactate threshold and VO2 max, to ensure that you are ready in all the areas required to perform your very best.

is at the core of all our plans as a Hyrox race is over 50% running. The better you run, the easier your race will be and the faster your time. Our programs meet you at your level and are planned precisely according to your current running ability.

Having the right equipment and space to train for Hyrox is essential and our set up is made for it. With 4 x 20m sled track lanes, sleds, sled ropes, wall ball targets, Concept 2 Skiergs and Rowers plus 2 x 20m lengths of open gym floor for broad jump burpees and walking lunges, our training space could not be better equipped for Hyrox specific training

Our coaches have not only competed in Hyrox races and continue to do so, but are also Hyrox accredited. The combination of this personal racing experience and Hyrox specific training means that they are able to use their in depth knowledge of sports science, planning, periodisation and nutrition to help you peak on race day..
