RESISTANCE

Monday & Wednesday

If you want to blast away fat, get in shape and rock everything that comes your way - both in and out of the gym - then proper resistance training is crucial. In fact, it's the key to losing fat and most important losing it for good, so we'll show you how it's done.

CARDIO

Tuesday,Thursday & Saturday

Our cardio sessions will get your heart pumping and send your metabolism into overdrive, burning calories long after the session ends. Our training methods are scientifically proven to burn fat fast whilst preserving all your hard earned muscle.

HYBRID

Friday

These sessions are a mix of resistance and cardio training all rolled into one to create a heart pumping, muscle burning and core strengthen workout that will have you faster, stronger, leaner and fitter than ever before by sculpting lean and functional muscle.

FUNCTIONAL

Our sessions incorporate functional training methods which helps provide you with the strength, stability and mobility you need to thrive in your everyday life. We recreate the movement patterns like pushing, pulling, squatting, rotating, walking and running that you use every day which will ultimately help you look, feel and perform better in all aspects of your life.

Our training programs are scientifically proven to build lean muscle and reduce body fat, creating a fitter, leaner and healthier version of you. We train how we do for a reason and that's because it's proven to get you not only looking great, but feeling great too. We won't waste your time with methods that don't work, but we will teach you the right way to train so your you not only get results, but keep them.

PROGRESSIVE

We ensure you continue to get results through the use of our progressive overload method as we increase your intensity over 4 week training blocks. So no matter what level you start at, you work to your own level and as your capability improves from week to week, you get fitter and stronger. You'll feel and see the difference in your body as it adapts and as it does, it allows us to keep getting you great results long term.

INDUSTRY LEADING TECHNOLOGY

Our studio is fully equipped with the industry leading Myzone heart rate tracking technology that helps you feel good about exercise by giving you immediate feedback on our big screens throughout your session. It's fun, it's engaging and most importantly it will help you stay motivated by awarding you Myzone Effort Points (MEPs) that focuses on rewarding your effort rather than your fitness level.
